Good Quality
my Stihl 025 is around 30 years old, It wouldn`t idle or cut right. Stuck this carb in it in about 5 minutes, super easy to install, and it was running like new again. You can`t go wrong with Walbro carbs.

Modified it and it works great on my Stihl ms170. Saw has more power now with this carb and a muffler mod

017 Mod night and day difference
Bought the 215 after seeing some videos using this carb for upgrading the 017 carburetor so you can adjust the high jet. My saw just never ran right just couldn't get the power out of it. This and slight muffler mod woke this saw up and runs smother in all rpms.In the videos that I watched thy all had different approach to the throttle linkage being short. I found bending it closest to the carb bending it forward towards the intake worked well for me. I did remove the handle cover to aid to get right overall length correct.Do yourself a favor and buy a the real 215 not a junk copy and dump the gas out and run it dry before storing there's no additive out there that will save fuel from evaporating in a vented tank and leaving the gummy oil behind.
