I purchased two, 3-pack boxes of the 60W, 500 lumen, soft white, LED candelabra bulbs from Sailstar for use in ceiling fans and a wall sconce. Immediately noticeable is the outstanding packaging in which they arrived; the boxes are compact in size, sturdy and well-constructed, simple to open, and easy/safe to use for storage of the old or extra LED bulbs with a molded plastic tray inside. The manufacturing quality of the bulbs, themselves, is impressive. Each of the visible components exhibits meticulous fit and finish with perfect crimps and seams all around, tip to tail. The bases are tight, well-fitted, and in perfect alignment with the longitudinal centerline of the envelope (bulb shell), with makes for predictable insertion into the fixture. The bulbs are weighty and appear very durable; you don't have to treat them like raw eggs. At 500 lumens, these soft white bulbs emit just the right light and ambiance for my particular applications, and there is absolutely NO delay when the fixtures are switched on or off and no fluctuation of light production. I highly recommend these bulbs for several reasons: low initial cost, fast shipping, excellent build quality, instant response to power delivery, consistent performance, calm and pleasant light emission, energy efficiency, long life and, due to the absence of filaments, zero heat production and no performance degradation over time. It was hard to find these lights in large enough packages in the stores so luckily found them on Amazon. Thank God for Amazon. Anyway we use so many of these lights with all our ceiling fans and these work great and give out a nice glow. They last for a long time and so far since I bought them I have not had to replace any of them. So happy with this purchase.

We use this in our kitchen ceiling fan. It provides adequate lighting and looks good. Could improve on the lifespan, but for the price it’s not bad.

My spare bedroom ceiling fan fixture requires three candelabra style bulbs with a mini base, not a standard medium base. The bulbs needed to be non-dimmable 60 watt equivalent to provide sufficient brightness, and I wanted the light to be whiter than the yellow cast of the 2700K soft white incandescent bulbs I was replacing. These 3000K 5 watt LED candelabra non-dimmable mini base style bulbs fit the bill perfectly. They do not get hot like the previous bulbs, the light is unoffensively bright, the shape fit the fixture, and they only use 5 watts of power instead of 60. An all around win!! I will use more of these bulbs again in my third bedroom with the same style ceiling fan light fixture! I can’t rate the longevity as I just installed them, and the packaging does not provide an expected lifespan. But if they last at least half as long as the 10-14 years indicated on other LED bulbs I have purchased, I will not be disappointed.

I was impressed at the fact that they don't get really hot, I was able to touch the bulb without getting burned. I ordered the white one, which gives off good light on my small lamp but not too much to bother my eyes.
