MULCH COLOR WORKS
YES I Thought ok so here's another wood colored product hurray. Let's start from the very beginning. live in Florida My Property has more trees than Youd want. always pruning cutting limbs and then trying to get rid of them.the insult was when I Realized I was tossing out in the pile and then buying at Home Depot. DUHHH. WTH. So why is the it color no color to the stuff that was cut? like so many others out and away. but Waite one minute. There's a way to stop that. A much better way. so I DID IT MULCHWORX. I CUT THE LIMB PUT THEM THROUGH MY SUNJOE SHREDDER and now no more trying to get rid of what i was paying for. The color is as vibrant as you want Not the ok this will do it. People who walk by the house were watching me cutting and keeping the branches. a look of W T H but they knew he isn't stupid Hes doing something. Next trip they seen me spreading Mulch. a wood looking mulch. And it looks ok but that's anything but nice looking. A day later they see me spraying. that mulch. with something and walk by. a day passes and more folks inquisitive walking by and Now WOW PAT THAT LOOKS GREAT. AS ALWAYS, THE WOMEN SAY SURPRISE. We are always tossing this out. then buying mulch damn yep and thats most of us. and finally, the question Can you do that for me. iI will pay you. Then I Hear my trees my wood my limbs and I Help with the waste problem. as far as this there is no more waste to the land fill. I State I Would like to help so what i will do is show you guys how. you do the labor. Surprisingly they agreed. now they want me to show a group a Little sweat a idea and a coloring product thats safe for the environment. Mulch work. your product works and is a success if used correctly and when you look at the finish. you get that reward of that looks great.

Great stuff
I had read some reviews that said this stuff clogged up their sprayer. The instructions say 2 to 5 oz per gallon (4 to 10 measured Tbsp's). I used 5 Tbsp's. And I shook it up alot. At first the spray was coming very slowly and would just stop altogether after a few minutes. I was thinking this was gonna take forever to cover everything. And I ended up taking apart the sprayer 3 times to clean it which was messy and frustrating. Then finally somehow I realized that I needed to press very hard on the sprayer button to get the spray coming out with good pressure. Once I discovered this I was able to really cover a large area pretty quickly. So I would say that often the problem is the sprayer. These $10 pump sprayers are often unreliable and always fail after any liquid is left in the sprayer for some time. Now I always empty out the sprayer after each use. Also, the water from my hose which I used with the mulch dye was very warm which probably helps the dye to mix well. But like I said, once I found that pressing hard on the button got the spray coming out nicely I completed the job pretty quickly and was amazed by the results. This stuff really does make the mulch look new again and the color is an exact match. I only used half the max strength recommended. And the instructions suggest going back over it 2 or 3 times a few minutes after each pass. But I just did one pass and thats all it needed to make it new again. And the mulch was pretty worn out. I think it was 15 months since it was last replenished. Every year for the last 10 years I would buy 20 bags just to make it look new again. I used about one quater of the bottle to cover the area. So I estimate that this bottle will last me 4 years, covering the equivelant of 80 bags of mulch.Mulch was currently $3 a bag at HomeDepot, though we have another garden center here in FL selling $2.25 a bag. So for 80 bags would cost $200 to $250 with tax. This dye costs $25, so great bang for your buck. And its saving you some work too of loading, unloading and spreading bags of mulch. Spray the mulch and cleaning the sprayer can also take some time I dont think its quite as much work as the mulch bags, so long your sprayer is working good.I would test out your sprayer before use with just water to make sure its working good before using the dye. Great stuff.

i've been using the red for a cou[le of years now in the florida sun my mulch will fade fast and degrade once it fades usually i mulch my hill once every three years to about 889 bags now it has save me having to remulch i just spray to help protect the mulch I'm very satisfied with the color and seems to last longer than original color

Is time consuming.
It looks great and it saved me money because the mulch was still intact, but faded badly. The colorant made it look new again, but it was harder to spray than laying down mulch. So, saved lots of money, but cost me lots more time. I would buy it again because I have little money and lots of time.

Works great
Used for the batting box and pitching lane. Also used it on the mulch and worked even better. Easy clean up.

Red mulch concentrate review
The media could not be loaded. I liked tge result as my old mulch was faded but looked new once sprayed. Now, the not so good is that this came out of the container very thick to the point it was hard to get to pour out. I shook the container and tried again but same result. I will take the rest I have not yet used and poor this in an empty 1 gal. Milk jug so I can add some water, seal and shake until it thins enough to use. My sprayer stopped up tge 1st time due to the clumps that did not devolve when mixed. This in turn made a huge mess so wear gloves is a must! Pics show some mulch not treated and treated.

It works
Use this to save money on constantly having to buy straw. Great stain color that last with the scorching sun and rain. Also holds your straw in place… less fly away. I’m so happy I found this product. Oh I used a battery powered sprayer. A lot faster than the pump kind.

Before and after
Looks really good once done. It was more work than I thought it would be. Cost about half as much as mulch. Will probably do every other year.
