Nicely made
The surface is very smooth and works well with the pizza oven of same brand.

Makes launching a dream
Even with flour or semolina, I struggled with the metal peel but this one is <chef's kiss>. I gave it a four in durability because the first pie we cut on the peel and there are already marks, which I didn't expect the first go. That is likely user error and not Ooni's fault. Subsequent pies haven't been effected and we just don't cut on it anymore.

Un peu épaisse mais très qualitative et bien « semoulée » la pizza glisse parfaitement jusque dans mon four électrique ariete.

Features are all five stars - easy to clean, durable and sturdy, however, I would not buy it again since it only serves a prep board or cutting board with a handle. The board is too thick to slide the pizza into or out of the oven. I have found that a thin metal peel is more effective and there is little need in my kitchen for another cutting board with a handle.
