Great if you order the right size.
These clips work pretty well, but you MUST measure your bricks and order the right size.The ones I ordered were slightly too small, so I decided to adjust them with my pliers.The metal was rigid and didn't bend very well, so I snapped the bottom metal brace completely off one clip and half off another. This is my own fault for choosing to adjust the too-small product rather than wait to return them and get the right size.Once in place, they held my garland very securely against my bricks. (Except for the one I broke).

Great for Mid Mod interior brick!
I just bought a huge mid century modern house built in '69. Half the interior walls are brick. I bought 3 variety of this type of hanger and these, by far, are the best ones. Very strong and durable. So much so, that when I changed my mind on where to hang one of my pictures, I had a very difficult time removing the hanger to move it over a few inches! I had to go get a hammer to pry it off. This means it will hold your stuff up without worry that it will fall down.

They worked good for our brick wall at church ! Hang banners on them and they hung until we took them down

Work for me
So nice I am able to hang some lights. Bricks are not perfect. Some of the hooks I had to slight bend or open them up just a little. They hold on Very well to the bricks. I probably could spray paint them but I don't really think I have to but might in the future. Where I hung the lights, I had to slightly push in the hooks to hold the cord better. At christmas, I will add another string of lights for the holiday. A great find for me. Thanks

Wow!
I bought these hooks to hang christmas lights not expecting the best hold. These things are absolutely sturdy! I was very surprised with how well these hold and how easy they are to install. Super awesome product! And love that they aren't bulky. Great product! Will definitely be recommending to the brick home owners i know.
