My initial purchase didn’t work out for my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe so I returned it. I was contacted about 2 weeks after my return by a customer service rep for the company. Alice asked why I returned the item and I explained that I couldn’t get it mounted in my vent correctly. She asked for the make and the model of my vehicle and then asked exactly what happened when I tried to mount it. Once I told her she came back and told me that she had a mount she thought would work. She immediately had the mount shipped to me. I put it in this past weekend and it worked great! I’ve never had a company go above and beyond as this one did to make a situation right. If you find that this mount doesn’t work for you I encourage you to contact the customer service team. They want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what it takes to ensure that you are! I would purchase from them again.

I have gone through many phone holders looking for "the one". I have found "the one" and life is good. I have vertical vents. Almost all vent holders are horizontal vents. With vertical vents, eventually all holders will lose the grip and/or wobble. Not this puppy. As soon as I saw the design, I had to have it. Now my phone is attached rock freakin' solid. No wiggle. No jiggle. No coming off when I grab the phone. If I had to critique anything, I would put the two little arms that support the bottom of the phone and a button that releases the grip. That would make it perfect. But it's still the best vent holder I've ever found. Excellent work, VICSEED. (excuse while I dry my tears of joy)

I had to try a bunch of mounts before I found one that I liked with my loopy case but this is it for me. I have a galaxy s21 ultra so there isn't a lot of space between the loop and the power button on the side of the phone. With this mount I can push the loop against the phone and it still fits well in the mount as opposed to other mounts that didn't have enough depth and would launch the phone out of the mount as soon as I hit a tiny crack in the pavement.

I was skeptical at first, since this holder does not have any additional support on the phone other than the side clamps, however was very happy with how well it holds the phone! There it little movement when driving, and the metal hook that grabs the vent from the back instead of just clamping down onto it makes it so it never comes loose from the car vent. There is plenty of room to add a Magsafe charger, or pop socket style of accessory.

I just received my car phone mount and I am so happy with it! I will be back (hopefully a year or so from now) to update on how long it lasts, but compared to the several other mounts I've used (some like this and some with the popsocket feature) broke and didn't last more than a few weeks/months. This Vicseed mount is extremely sturdy and because you can tighten it onto the air vent, I don't believe it will fall off. I have an otterbox symmetry and a popsocket and my phone fits so securely in the mount. The mount swivels left and right so you can adjust the angle which is a feature that I have to have. It's not the cheapest one out there but also not expensive. Totally worth buying this one instead of wasting money on and losing quality eith my previous car phone mounts. I have already started recommending this to others to purchase!

This particular mount didn't work with the Pop Socket on my phone so I returned it. Alice from VICSEED then reached out to ask what the trouble had been and once we'd talked through it, she offered to send me a different style mount to try for free (she had even approved my refund for the original order!) The replacement mount works great for my phone, the quality of both items is very high and I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

I’m a delivery driver so having a dock that works is essential and this is perfect. I normally don’t like vent mounts because they fall off but this one is PERFECT. it has a small hook on the end of the clip for the vent so there’s no chance of it falling off, it has a spot for a pop socket so my phone fits perfectly in it, and the part that grips the side of the phone is like grippy rubber so my phone is super secure when it’s in there.

I especially like the straight-forward and simple design. Fit's my 2018 Tacoma like a glove. This company's customer service is unmatched. I have dealt with them on a previous product and they got back to me in one day and went the extra mile to address my concern.
