This hamburger press worked very well and I use it all the time. For years I just used my hands to make the burgers, but these are more uniform and professional looking and easier to do.

Made of hard plastic material. Has a sturdy appearance. 3 sizes (large, medium & small) very easy to use & clean. All parts are stackably compact!! Came with a bunch of already cut hamburger parchment sheets.

Great hamburger maker and easy to clean which is very important. The only downside is the burgers come out a bit small. Maybe a slightly larger mold would solve that problem.

Odd how some kitchen gadgets, although not really needed, work really well at doing specific tasks that I really don’t particularly enjoy. I love having a good burger and this makes the process of making them more consistent. Depending on how much ground beef you use, the burgers can be either thick or thin but the circumference is always the same.

Simple and works. I've found that putting an approximate amount of meat rolled into a ball (more or less), then you press and turn the handle portion after you've pressed which helps to allow the meat to release from the top portion of the press. The bottom of the press then comes out and you can easily separate and stack/lay out your burgers. Comes with a small quantity of the paper thin meat parchment dividers in case you wanna stack instead of lay out your meat. It's easy to wash, I've used it multiple times now as I no longer buy pre-formed burgers but am relying on ground beef in 2 lbs packages from my local butcher.
