These caps are top notch, no question about it. The problem comes in getting the right fit. The chart will get you close but seldom will you get the correct size. Instead of using a chart based on size they need to have one based on individual scopes. With that being said, I will save you a lot of time by telling you that this cap, no. 45, fits a Nikon Buckmaster 3x9x50. The eye cap is a Butler Creek no. 11 for a pushbutton open, or, what I use is an objective cover style on the eye which is a no. 15. If I had went by the chart, both both covers would have been too small. Best way to get correct fit is take your scope, or maybe use one of theirs, to Bass Pro or Academy, try them on and then buy them cheaper on Amazon. Hey, if money wasn't an issue you wouldn't be shopping on Amazon right now, right? Don't give up, these caps are worth it.

Works great once I figured out the size correctly. They should just list the inside diameter and make it simpler.

Scope cover attaches great, though I have an 18EYE, it barely fits enough on my Nikon FX1000, might heat it to snug it in but it's acceptable. Use a 45OBJ for the objective lens. For those with the same scope use these measurements.

its difficult to open and close. Works, but I'd look for something else if I were to do it over again.

My scope came with the little rubber pieces that protect the lenses and I must say these scope covers are a hundred times better and easier to use. All you have to do is just push a little on the tabs and the cover pops up out of the way. The original covers that came with the scope always had the potential to get in my way but these spring loaded beauties should stay up and out of the way so I can make my shot.

Sitzt stamm auf meinem 56er Zeiss. Die Klappe geht sehr schwer auf, da tun die Finger schon weh. Und dann wenn der De kel hochgeht macht es laut Flopp. Kurz vor dem Schuss nicht dran zu denken die Abdeckung schnell und leise zu öffnen wenn das Gewehr schon in Anschlag ist. Untauglich.
