Lovely Lamp but a bit disappointed
I ordered one earlier in the week for a Christmas present & was very happy with what I received so thought I would order another one for my friends birthday in January. Unfortunately this one arrived & it was half the size (I know they are different sizes) & the cellophane around the lamp was ripped & it looked like a return. unfortunately I cannot give that to someone as a present so will be returning. I will order another one & I hope it looks like the 1st one I got. I have given 5 stars as they are beautiful lamps & worth the money but looks like I got a bad one!

Bad customer service
I’ve ordered it as I needed it and, since I pay the prime membership, I got the option for a one-day delivery (I needed the lamp quickly for specific purposes). I got it the next day but not only one bulb was missing, but actually both (I understood there were two in the box, but anyway I couldn’t find not even one). Not only I had to go out and find a bulb, but Amazon Customer service was a bit useless telling me they couldn’t help me at all. A bit upsetting to be honest. I didn’t have the option to simply return the lamp because I really needed it today. Now, if I can’t find the bulb today then yes, I will return the lamp, but I will make sure first of all not to buy from this seller again, and second I’m considering to stop paying for Prime membership because it is not the first time I use it for a next day delivery (I have a little one, so sometimes these services are helpful) and I have damaged or incomplete items!

Not bright but great overall.
Great lamp, with a dimmer switch and authentic looking but unfortunately not bright enough for me. Barely enough to read with.
