We've been using the grinder for 18 months and during that time it's been great, it gives you a good grind for the price of the unit and it is very quiet. Unfortunately a week ago the unit stopped working and there was a bit of a burning smell from the motor, so it seems like the unit had burnt out. However I sent Shardor a warranty request and within a day everything was sorted out and we had a new unit on the way, which we just received. I'm very happy with how easy it was to get a replacement and many thanks to Mary from Shardor who was so prompt with fulfilling the warranty and having a new unit sent to us. I don't usually leave reviews but I was actually impressed with how quickly Shardor responded and I like the product.

It's very good quality grider. I got it for my coffee beans, i love that you can chose how fine your coffee or herbs need to be. I grinded using nr.10 and came up fine enough. If you using grider for first time as me,don't start with big numbers as it can be too powdery Another thing that l loved,that the lid of the grinder locks,so even you let your had off the lid it will not spil coffee all over the counter It comes with two containers. 100% recommend 100%

I bought it to grind my coffee beans and I can say it does the job really well. The feature that I like best is the timer so you can set how how fine you want it to be. Also very convenient for spices because of the 2 and 4 blade cups. Update: the timer stopped working after 10 months. it just kept on grinding, the machine wouldn’t stop until you unplug it. But because the product has 2 year manufacturer warranty, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement item right away. (IMPORTANT: you need to register your product with the manufacturer on purchase to activate the 2 year warranty). The customer support was very responsive and the whole interaction was hassle free Rated 4 stars because of the fault in the product after 10months of use

£40 in a rubbish bin... First time, just trying to grind coffee beans... the grinder went out... Electrical engineering, technology...I know it very well...so first I checked grinder the fuse,... and, oddly enough, he was burned out.. After replacing the grinder fuse, I decided to continue grinding coffee beans... when turning on the grinding mode...the mill turns off again after a minute and.. smoke started rising from under the mill's hull... To summarize the work, the mill only operates for about three minutes in total... Waste of money and a health hazard

Had this about a year now and it is still going. Use it daily for grinding coffee beans and also a few days a week using the other part to make my porridge a little finer. The blades could be a little lower to grind coffee a bit finer but tbh that is a minor gripe. Would be nice if it wasnt as noisy but if I put my hand on the top as it is grinding the noise is less.

Had it for nearly a year and it stopped working properly... The timer function stopped, we had to turn it on and off at the plug. Clearly built to fail but it's cheap so what did I expect. We have since bought a new one but wouldn't say I'm overly impressed with the quality of the product.

Unfortunately, its basket (coffee grinder) was faulty. The blade holder was not fixed securely. It was wobbly. So, I returned it. However, it could be value for money. For cleaning, it is not so easy because coffee stick to the bottom around the holder plastics, but not too much difficult. Personally, they can make it easier to use for cleaning. Grinding performance was good. No much noise (acceptable)
