The monitor does not have a service tag. Instead, it has a PPID, printed on a label inside the battery compartment. Please reach out to the Dell technical support team. They will diagnose the scrolling issue and help to sort it out.

What a great comfortable keyboard

I love the item, cannot describe how happy I am with my purchase, came in less than 24 hours, and brand new spotless. It even has arabic letters, perfect for my needs!! The keys feel so premium, just my laptop keys, and when I type it just flows so easily. It's difficult to mistake this keyboard, I am such a difficult person, but this keyboard and mouse took my heart and I am very happy I invested in this purchase.

Not original - not like pictured

I think I received a fake as it doesn't look like the one in the picture - keys are in the wrong place (Z and Y are swapped)... Very disappointed. As it is an expensive product.
