Review: Great Little Microphone for Group Meetings - I am a technology project manager and needed a small microphone to use in a small lunch room for a kickoff meeting. We were conducting a Teams meeting along with an onsite meeting and needed to record the conversations. This microphone did an exceptional job and also blocked out surrounding noise. Great price. Very easy to use. Just plug in and go. You do need to plug in ear buds if you want to listen to ensure the voices can be heard and understood.

The unit is smaller than I expected - which is good! It installed with the Windows driver, so no disc to install the driver - which is good! Nice feature having the headphone jack right on the microphone so you can hear it without any delay. Overall, great purchase and recommend it highly! It connects via USB only which is explained in the description. I just wanted anyone that was going to purchase it that it doesn't have a 3.5mm connection and that would be easy to miss while reading the item description. I would imagine if you are reading this long-winded review, you probably picked up on the USB only connection already. A+++ product!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No more shouting at the computer screen

I bought the Movo MC1000 to use with a Mac Mini/TV setup in a residential setting during the Pandemic. Our family is able to interact with friends via teleconferencing (Zoom, FaceTime) and be heard clearly at normal speaking volume from anywhere in the living room; we place the mic on the coffee table. No more huddling around a laptop or shouting across the room. (We actually found that we had to train ourselves NOT to shout) Tge only issue I can report after months of use is that once in a while the mic would be randomly undetected by the computer even though the red light was on. Problem was solved by reseating the cable in the back of the mic very firmly; haven’t had the issue since. Sensitivity is great—no issues. Noise cancellation is great—doesn’t cut off active speaker, yet suppresses minor background noise like furnace fan running.
