Incontinence Underwear for Men White

My husband loves these briefs. He has urge incontinence and often urinates in his regular briefs just before he gets to the toilet. These briefs are perfect to catch the urine and save his pants from getting wet. The briefs only hold a small amount, so one pair won't hold all the urine released in one night. But for good looking, comfortable, absorbent underwear for minor incontinence--these can't be beat!

I have a 36 inch waist so I ordered the XL according to the picture on the website. When the package arrived the package did indicate size XL but waist size 44 - 46. The website sizing is incorrect so use caution when ordering. I have to send these back for a refund because I can't determine which smaller size would fit me for an exchange. By the way, when I inspected the item the coverage on the photo appears to be only in the lower section of the Y. The actual item the coverage goes to the waist band which does not give the appearance of a modern cut but more fuller padded front if that makes a difference for you.

Very comfortable and useful for small leaks. It is a very ecological and good way to handle an old problem. I own about 7 pair. Very nice anytime, as I don't even feel I am wearing them, but especially when I sleep. Ask Higher Tea about a 10% off code that works. Great customer care.

I have lost my ability to write about UNDERWEAR.

Purchased in ~Feb 2018, so details seem to differ than some questions and reviewers. I have purchased two brans of these on Amazon, and these are more absorbent than the other brand. The other brand is honest and says they are working on a greater absorbency version. This brand importantly allows me to go out socially, i.e. restaurants etc. They are comfortable (100% cotton body), look like a regular brief, the front lookalike a regular brief but does not open in the front, as that would defeat the purpose of the pad. These run in my experience small. I am a 35 inch waist and the first by was a medium and it fit tight in the waist, but more so in the thighs. I ended up cutting the elastic on the thigh because I liked the product overall and wanted to use right away and not wait to re-order. The pic attached which I hope you can see gives a view of the pad, which maybe different than some reviews, is higher in the front and the "target" wouldn't be missed. The pad goes up the back-side a bit, but agree with other reviews, probably would not work effectively for fecal incontenence. The pad is primarily polyester so should wash well, though I haven't washed mine more than a few times, but do so in the washer and use the dryer, so far not a lot of washes, but no immediate problems. Overall, nice product, I can go out, I don't have dribbling and spots down my pant leg at the restaurant.

I feel as though these do not soak up liquid as well as they should. That's just my opinion.

These items fit small. Another review stated that her husband was a size 34 and they fit perfectly. I beg to differ, I'm a 33 and the leg is fine but the waist is too tight.
