Delicious Gluten-Free Baking: Sweet and savoury recipes for everyone to enjoy

I followed the recipes and they produced delicious results!
In addition to being Gluten Free, some of the recipes are also vegan. The author is a former contestant of The Great British Baking Show and the first cake he produced was gluten-free. I was impressed when the judges gave the cake high marks and agreed that if he had not told them that the cake was flourless, they would never have known. That's when I knew I had to get his book. The book came several weeks in advance of its expected date, which was wonderful. I've made some of the breads and they were great. I just baked my first loaf of bread using Teff Flour and it was REALLY good. I don't know enough about Gluten-Free baking to improvise so all I could do was follow the recipe. I was thrilled when it turned out. That's when you know you've got a good book.I will be honest, there are a lot of Gluten-Free books out there but who knows if the recipes are good or not? I felt some degree of confidence when baking professionals raved about Howard's cakes.Be aware that the measurements are all in grams and liters. Oven temps are given in Celcius, so you will have to be able to convert. Honestly, it is definitely worth doing. Your standard measuring cups have marks for these measurements, so you don't have to go out and buy a bunch of new equipment. You will have to perhaps invest in a digital food scale and the flours can be purchased on Amazon. The flours are the real investment, but if you can't have wheat flour, you have no choice but to seek out alternatives. I'm waiting for my chestnut flour to arrive to make Sticky-Toffee Puddings!

Best Gluten Free Cookbook on the Market
If you eat Gluten Free this cookbook is a must. Howards' recipes are easy to make and they turn out perfect. Just like the picture. I personally like the pizza with a mashed potato base. I need to get salmon. I am making the Smoked salmon quinoa quiches -- they are muffin size. If you are new to gluten free, this book will help you understand the different flours and how to use them. Howard is really nice person.

I love howard.
At last. A gluten free cookery book that doesn't waste half the pages telling me things I already know, or how to live my life. It's hard enough to need to be gluten free without being preached at by cookery writers. Howard makes a delightful change from those evangelists. The five recipes I've tried are moreish. I love the lemon and poppy seed bakes. The chorizo straws are yummy. The whole book is fun and funny. I love the way he describes the different types of flour. I hope more books will follow. A tv programme would be great.

My hero, Howard
I bought this book after a Zoom bake along with Howard.What. A. Man.After creating a masterpiece of a millionaire shortbread on Zoom, it felt a no-brainer to get this book and bake for my Coeliac Dad. It has not disappointed!
