3M Safety 142-6800 Safety Reusable Full Face Mask Respirator, Grey, Medium

Excellent full face mask, great quality, great price, just an FYI and SAFETY ADVICE, IF you wear glasses like I do, you can either wear contacts or find some cheap readers like I did and wear them temporarily while using the mask and CUT the over the ear handles or whatever they are called to fit INSIDE THE MASK, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT wear this mask over the ear handles as paint or any other kind of material will seep into your lungs and can be FATAL even if you can’t smell it, trust me on this one. Get your cheap reading glasses FIRST to see if your eyes will focus and adjust to the reader’s before you purchase this mask, 2 thumbs up on this mask!!! Great Purchase in my honest opinion.

This thing is great. I wore it for 6 hours a day for about two work weeks and it made life so much better. Super easy to take apart for cleaning, and the path the air takes through the system works wonders keeping the face shield fog free. I’ve used it while installing fiberglass insulations batts before and my eyes felt so much better as opposed to a half face. The most use it got, however, was when power washing the paint off the basement walls of an 1800s home. There’s a ring that attaches the shield to the rest of the unit. I removed that then put it inside a contractor bag, reinstalled the ring and cut out the bag. I stayed dry, kept my eyes safe, was comfortable, and willing looked like an absolute fool.

Had to use in a hazmat cleaning situation and it worked as I expect 3M safety equipment to work. I have previous experience with the paint equipment so had confidence in this item. Blocked odor completely. Vision was excellent. Fit was as expected and comfortable. Came with the peel-n-stick protector. This is one of those "get what you pay for" items. Wish we could by the industrial products. Why?

Did not include inhalation valves. I probably wouldn't have noticed except I kept failing my fit test. Very dangerous for those that use this PPE thinking that it is working as advertised.

I haven’t used it but I did test fit and it is a solid piece

I need to tightened the straps a lot for my narrow face but dose seal air tight and it’s not cheap China garbage

I like this more than the half masks. My place of work requires us to wear googles but the googles always have this space on my nose bridge that chemical solution still gets through. As well as my cheeks are not protected by them. Having this full face mask takes the hassle of having to deal with burning eyes and cheeks. Durable and very well worth it. I have the cartridges from my previous half mask and it is very easy to replace them. Easy to breath in. Straps are easy to adjust and they stay in place. Great quality of materials. Packaged very securely.

I used to use a respirator and safety glasses. Glass fogged up, respirator elastic stretched out. Now with this mask respirator I find myself diving into more woodworking, not just the house painting I got it for. It's great, and I also got the mask covers, sold separately. Don't know why I waited so long (all from my husband).
