Very poor after sales service/warranty
Selling ok but, after a few month of normal use of the bag one zipper is brocken. The seller doesn't care and states that they are not having any warranty for miss use.I did not miss use the bag, not a question or trying to help. I neither had more than a normal usage of the bag. Very unqualified behavior from the seller. This bag was not cheap. In normal shops you can expect some service for such cases. Not recommendable at all!
