Do not be turned away by some of the assembly reviews on here, it is insanely easy to do. 15 fasteners and it comes with the allen wrench for it all. less than 20 minutes to get it all together and with good instructions. If you have back problems, this is a great chair. locks in place and is stiff in all the right places.

To begin, I'm a 6'1" and 190 pounds. Great chair, it is very comfortable but not the most comfortable (8/10). The materials are nice quality (7/10), because of the price I was expecting very cheap materials, but this was not the case, it is synthetic leather so must take care of it and treat it like a lady. It fits perfect, the head rest is the right height (don't use the pillow, it is uncomfortable to my neck), fit my shoulders perfectly. Can work or game for hours on this chair, but after 3 or 4 hours I start to feel some discomfort on the buttocks, again not the best material and you should take a break after that long. The bad: it came with missing screws, so had to go to a local hardware store to get the equivalent or similar screws, I would suggest to plan for that if buying this chair, maybe it was because bought it used, but looks and feels new. I ordered one for me and after trying it for a month ordered one for my son (he loves it) but same story (missing screws) again maybe because I bought it both used, but you can't beat the price on that. Easy to assemble, you can do it yourself but a lot easier with an extra hand. Over all great chair, hope this helps.

Bought for my son. He put it together himself. He uses it for gaming. It is comfortable and the foot rest is fantastic. It folds in nicely.

I work from home and this chair is a great mix or firmness and comfort that I don’t end my day in pain. I am a leg sitter too so using the leg rest pushed all the way up to the seat allows me to sit Indian style and not have my legs fall asleep. Never used the massager. I actually put my previous back rest on it and moved the massager one up so there’s great back support. This was a great buy.

This chair is cheap. But you know what they say, you get what you pay for.The materials seem flimsy. The armrests, the support for the wheels, the material for the chair itself, it all seems thin and cheaply made.Within a week of light duty use by a person who is well under the weight limit of 250 lb, the chair has completely fallen apart.We will be reaching out to Amazon about a replacement.Assembling the chair is incredibly difficult.By far the most difficult part was connecting the seat to the back.The parts that we got must have been bent or something, because they would not fit on the chair without Herculean effort.Once we had the parts in place to bolt together, the bolts would not thread into their holes. There was too much padding on the edge of the chair so that the bolt could not reach the actual threaded bit to connect.Or at least there was too much to make it an easy task. We eventually got it assembled correctly, but soon the side frame that has the handle to set the seat back or in place has completely come out of its hole, and the bolt will no longer thread.All in all this was a terrible purchase, and we will be seeking a refund.

I don't know what everyone else's problem is, but it seems fine to me. You're not going to do much better for the price point. The chair was pretty easy to put together, you just follow the instructions...I think the padding seems comfy and the chair is fairly adjustable. Seems opposite of what everyone else is saying, so I don't know what the problem is for others

I like the chair but it has some faults. It was great at first, but the lumbar support pillow and the head pillow are very uncomfortable. The lumbar support pushes my back too far and the head pillow doesn’t line up with my head (I’m 6 feet tall). The armrests are kind of short so when you are reclined it’s uncomfortable to use them. I’ve considered switching the armrests so that they are longer in the back than in the front but haven’t tried it. The leg rest is good, nothing to note about it. It creaks a lot and the armrests click loudly so don’t expect to be stealthy with this chair. I’ve owned and used the chair for two months now and the cushion is already flat where I sit so that’s annoying. Other than that, it’s great. Love the upright 90 degree angle and the footrest and reclining feature is fantastic. But I fear the longevity of this chair is short.

So far very pleased with this chair. Relatively easy to assemble - son, who is a novice,managed it! Very comfortable, easy to clean and sturdy with various handy adjustments.
