Very disappointing! I bought two of this but very disgusted after receiving it. It has many insects inside. The item is date says not expired but the smell of it smells like expired and very old. It’s like it was kept in a storage for very long time.

When I opened the jar, it had fungus on top and the oats jar was filled with live insects. I threw the whole jar.

Tasty and cooks pretty fast

I've ordered American Harvest oats a few times with no problem and I liked the big rolled oats. However, this time the oats were more ground and of different sizes, like it was the end/bottom of the stock. Still ate them however. 6 weeks after receiving them from amazon, I found lots of ants in the container! Absolutely disgusting. Threw it out. In the rush to get rid of the pests, I didn't take down the expiry date. Although, I had only purchased them 6 weeks prior and you should not expect to find ants in them at all, never mind after only 6 weeks.checked all other items stored near to the oats and the area they were stored in (in a cool dry cupboard) and there were no ants, so there was no pest problem of the area where they may have gotten in.

Perfect for breakfast lowered my cholesterol and lost weight eating these. I bought these for my smoothies because of the price point and found that it's just as good as quaker. I really spotted no difference. Even when I make it as normal oatmeal, I fully enjoy the taste.
