I didn’t get the installation guide included, how can I find out how to install?

I did not get it either not did I get any mounting screws

I purchased these 48" slides two months ago, they are great. All of a sudden, it will not lock when in. It locks out, but not in. Any suggestions ?

I would check to be sure there isn't an obstruction in the track itself. The drawer does have to go All the way back before it will lock. Is there anything behind it? Anything that's fallen into the track of the guide?

Who covers the warranty of this product? I purchased mine here at amazon, within 2 months the slide stop locking in place. Vevor won't cover it.

How much length does the locking mechanism to the slide? ie. the overall length of a 22 inch slide including locking lever installed?

Over all length is 22” and it slides out 22”
