Q: Is the "Pilot" Namiki Falcon Pen the same as the one listed as "Namiki Falcon Pen?"

Q: Does this pen ship with a reservoir for refilling from the ink bottle, or is that a separate purchase?

If you are looking at the resin version of the Falcon, it comes with the smaller CON-50 piston converter. The larger CON-70 pump converter will not fit the resin Falcon; however, it will fit the metal version of the Falcon, and ships with it.

Q: Can this pen use carbon platinum ink?

This is a wonderful, modern pen, but I would be careful of using something like carbon/platinum ink for fear of clogging. You might try using it in dip mode only and then cleaning it after use. I normally use Mont Blanc or Aurora ink and have had no clogging problems. Hope that helps

Q: Can you use Noodler's black ink with this pen?

I personally haven't tried it, but I can't see a reason not to. Just stay away from waterproof inks since they are way harder to clean and may ruin your pen.
