Hourglass Veil Soft Focus Setting Spray

I love love love this setting spray. I hadn’t heard about the Hourglass brand but I’m now singing its praises from the highest rooftop! This spray is light but lasts a full day without touchups. It may be a little pricier than some others that you can get but always remember “you get what you paid for!”

First and foremost, the DEW! I have very dry skin, so I already go for more dewy products to avoid makeup clinging to my dry patches. I was really surprised by how dewy this setting spray applied, although it did die down over the next 15 or so minutes after application. Still definitely very dewy and if your skin naturally produces a lot of oil, this may cause an issue for you. However if your skin is really dry, this worked well to even out the texture and hide appearance of dry patches, which is my main concern. You do have to spray it closer to your face than the bottle says, it didn't reach my face when holding further away like the bottle says.

Works well to seal in makeup with a pretty dewy finish! Not much of a scent. Lasts a long time too! I use this every day and it’s lasted a few months so far! Definitely worth the money

I have very dry skin, so this is great for me. It definitely gives my face a glow and keeps the makeup on that only do I love this, but my daughter and my daughter-in-law we have all found this to be a must have and worth every penny.

This product was surprisingly (I usually trust and like Hourglass products) bad. If you’re trying to keep makeup or lashes (extensions, or otherwise) on….this one is a huge, greasy, slippery, running no-no. I’m super bummed, and it takes A LOT to get me to write a negative comment.
