Perfect for my long thick dreadlocks. The teeth are smooth and long. They don't scratch or pinch your scalp. The spring is strong and the clip stays firmly in place. A very good and effective hair clip. Highly recommended.

This XXL claw grip is great. The perfect size and fits all my hair in. As someone with really long thick hair, claw clips usually don’t fit all my hair or the ones that do end up breaking when I try and secure them. This claw clip is a great size, one thing I really like about it is that it’s not really any longer than an average claw clip but it is wider allowing all my hair to fit. It also doesn’t feel like I need to force it closed when it’s in and there seems to be more space for more hair too! I’d highly recommend for anyone with long, thick or textured hair (or someone who has all three like me)

My daughter has very thick shoulder length hair and we've struggles to find clips that last longer than a few weeks. THis one feels much stronger than the ones we've had before, she's really pleased with it.

Amazing clip, extra strong for thick hair and holds perfect,

I have thick, coarse hair, and I break just about ever hair claw out there. Plastic claws snap when I push them into my hair, and I have to fish the pieces from my hair. Metal claws rust or dig into my hair. But this one is perfect. It's big enough to hold ALL of my hair (I mean I can wrap my hair up in a bun and shove it in the middle of the bun and it holds), the plastic is thick and sturdy to avoid breakage, and it's the most reliable brand that I've used. I've had it for about 2 months now and it shows no signs of wear and tear. It is more expensive for a hair claw, but I believe it will last a good amount of time. In the cons, it does have a tendency to dig into my scalp because of the thickness of the plastic, and it's heavier than your standard hair claw. Overall, it does the job, just a little pricier than I would like.

This was slightly bigger than expected but as I have long hair (straight and soft) it was able to hold it all very easily. As my hair is naturally soft I’m used to hair accessories falling out, sliding about or having less grip than required. No issues here. I popped it up with dry hair and left for the entire day without it moving. In fact I forgot it was there which means it was comfortable. The next day I used it with wet hair with just as much success. The colour is just as expected and blends nicely with mouse brown/light or highlighted hair. Compliments from my husband on the look so it must be decent! I can’t comment on its durability as it’s too new but it seems well made and solid. A very easy choice for the price and will order a second spare one.

Good does the job

I have quite fine hair, and it's quite long, around to my hips and this clip barely can hold my hair. If you have thicker hair I wouldn't recommend this, and look for a larger one as in my opinion this is a large sized claw clip definitely not XXL. Even so I'd say it's good for the price since its around £3 𖹭

Ich wollte für meine echt langen Haare eine Klammer haben, die alle Haare umfassen kann. Diese Klammer ist aber nur ganz leicht größer als welche, die ich beim Drogeriemarkt kaufen kann. Dazu ist die Spannung der Feder etwas leichter als bei den anderen Klammern, die ich habe. Ich denke aber, dass das Geschmackssache ist.
