This frame is great. I bought 3 of them and gave 2 to our daughters. It’s so much fun sharing pictures with each other. We all love the size and the picture quality is good. The features that make this frame appealing are the touch screen, fitting the pictures to the frame and being able to adjust the picture placement.

My parents, both on the edge of 90, can now see great grandchildren and family from across the country. A remarkable piece of tech. Also, my father finds it easy to sue re: sliding the frames backwards to see a photo or video again.

software froze after one week and had to return it

I bought this frame and the Pix-Star 15" frame as well for comparison. Hands down this frame has nice resolution. However there are some key issues with Feel Care frame that makes it unusable for me.1. Wifi, is limited. You can not manually enter wifi SSID or any other parameter. I have hidden wifi network and there is no way to enter it on the frame. The user manual is useless as far as providing any help so is the customer support. I sent email but now in holding pattern for indefinite time! It seems that the frame does not support WPA/WPA2 wifi security encryption but no one at the Feel Care to verify that..2. When uploading pictures, you can only do 10 at a time. Compared to Pix-star has no limit on how many you can upload at once. Furthermore, when you upload pics, the Feel Care app forces you to select area to show on the screen...and it is not even consistent. You select a circular area where as the frame is rectangle!!3. Customer support and the user manual are dismal! You only have email option to contact support. So here is the scenario, you are excited to buy this and now that you got it, if you have any issues setting it up, good luck and wait for unknown amount of time!! Given that this frame is the MOST expensive in the 15" digital frame category, it is shameful that the manufacturer can not even provide a phone support! or at the least a detailed user manual!

This is a great idea for a parent that you want to send pictures to. I bought this for my dad for Father's Day. You have to have an app on your phone in order to send photos to it. You can send multiple at a time, but be sure and title each one individually otherwise all your photos will have the same caption. Once you send it to the frame, a notification will appear at the top of the frame screen. If you want to upload pics without the app, you have to put onto an SD Card and manually upload them. In order to delete photos, you have to access it from the frame's menu and delete. Also make sure to let everyone know what direction the frame is on display (either portrait or landscape). This pays a factor in how the pics are displayed or cut off. If there are several family members of friends that have access and can send photos to the frame, you can't see what they have sent unless you go to the frame itself. If you would like a frame that has the ability to have several pictures on display in rotation as well as the ability to review and edit photos online as well as using the app, try Pix-Star photo frames (though these don't allow you to have picture captions).
