Are both trays (top AND bottom) within the inside of the container removable?

The bottom is part of the container itself, the top tray is removable only.

Can this hold regular coffee creamer cups?

I would think so. They are smaller than k-cups. However they might be hard to get out because there is a removable divider to hold the kcups.

Will the reusable kcups fit in these containers?

No, the reusable cups are a little bit bigger than the kcup. The kcups fit snuggly in the container with no wiggle room

Does the lid snap shut or just cover ?

It does not snap closed. It just covers.
