Do you drill holes into all the keys that you want inside? I have a car key that cannot be drilled into

Thanks for the interest! You do not have to drill holes in any of your keys. We use a standar #8-32 screw that will fit through the hole in almost all keys.

will this hold 12 keys does it come with all three set of screws ?

I have owned the key bar for about a year. Currently I have 5 keys and a key tool within the housing. I also have 2 keys attached externally. To answer your question about 12 keys, I don't know if it can hold 12. Mine has extra space for more keys, but 7 is a lot, maybe. I know it came with extra screws, I would check with everyday carry people.

Will thicker car keys fit in this?

Yes, with proper spacing with the added washers thicker car keys with plastic will fit. Keep in mind they will extend out further from the KeyBar profile than a standard house key.
