Consistency doesn't break down quickly in bath water, gotta really swish it around, smells like I squirted sun block in the water, looks like it too. But not nice fruity sun block, the white pastey plain kind.And so expensive for the little amount received. 15 bucks. Never again. I got it because the other Cetaphil baby wash I had gotten was heavenly. Loved the smell. Had a hand soap consistency, and never had a reaction with my first baby.I ordered this creamy stuff by mistake and will regret it until the stuff is gone. Would love to return it, but it was our backup so well past return window before I realized it is a different product. :(

It does have a warning on the back not to get in their eyes and I tried to avoid it but it's hard to do with babies,if it gets in their eyes they will swell up and hurts,my baby screamed & cried and even after I rinsed it out with cold water and dried his eyes they were still swollen and very red.

So personally i loved this product my son has eczema so i was worried at first with how sensitive his skin is, but i had no reaction everything was great, only thing i would say is if this product gets anywhere near the child’s eye it is painful my son was crying and red eye for the rest of the night although it says just for the body but when your in the bath and it’s sitting in the same water he was playing and splashed the water in his eye which of course the product was still in the water so we really have to make sure he doesn’t splash as much so if that was fixed with this product i would 100% recommend

Product is amazing. I use it on my dogs. They have sensitive skin and this product works great. However the delivery was not so great...It gives the phrase "A day late and a dollar short" new meaning.This stuff is expensive for baby shampoo.... and now I get it without the pump. Thanks... not.Yes I could simply return it but I'm out and kinda need it.

This soap feels like lotion. It made my baby tear up and get red eyes when it got on her face. Do not use for the hair!!! My baby’s hair looked so greasy after using it on her hair. In all fairness , the bottle only says for body. I usually get one that is for body and hair. Probably won’t buy this one again, but a different cetaphil product
