FutureBiotics, Relax & Sleep, 60 Veggie Tabs

These is useless I took 2 first no sleep,took 3 d next day nothing so annoying

Purchased these about 2 weeks ago & have used them every night since. These do relax me a bit, however they do not help me fall asleep or stay asleep. I’m mid 50’s & having trouble sleeping at night, these don’t help me one bit I’m sorry to say. They do have a pleasant taste when you swallow, minty & herby. They do seem to bring relaxation too. I wanted so badly to be able to give 5 stars as they are natural & packaged well & seem to be working for most people. Sadly I’m not one of them.UPDATE: I’ve now been using these religiously for over a month & they DO work! My body just needed time to adjust to them! On nights that I’ve forgotten to take them I’ve not slept nearly as well! They’re awesome, won’t be without them now LOL!

These do work. I take 2 a night. I read reviews on Amazon often. Some are fake some aren't. But who is to know? For me these work. And I have tried many different natural remedies. But this seems to work when I take 3 at night. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to start making me very sleepy. But when it does I fall asleep fast. I have issues sleeping. So if I need I can take 1 more at 2 a.m. and sleep good till about 7 or so. Peoples bodies are all different. So reaction is different. But for me these really do work.just Need to take as much as your body is needing.

This has worked quite well for me, for years. The directions say take two. I usually with just a half a pill. In stressful times, I have taken two, though, with good results and no ill effects. It also works well for my 92-year-old mother, a chronic non-sleeper.
