This was a life saver the couple months I wore braces. I do boxing and never ever got a cut in my mouth. It is, however, very bulky (I'm 6'5 and felt it that way). Still this did not bothered me because you can easily breath and they won't fall off even when you open your mouth. Easy to mold, an overall great product.These are definitively not designed for after you remove your braces. As it is so bulky, the braces won't hold it anymore, it will fall off easily if you are not clenching into it.

Broke my braces. I can't remold it more than 2 times. The 2 time it ripped my braces out.

Excellent mouth guard for those with top & bottom braces. My 13 year old son was surprised how good this was and easy to fit. You can remould as the braces get changed or as their teeth move. Hole at front apparently makes it easy to breathe thro when playing rugby. Slow delivery as came from US but def worth the wait!
