Quiet working
It was delivered on time and working out of the box. It is really quiet compared to other but the air flow needs to be more though the output is 4". It is not easy to install, needs some handy skill. I have to tap 2 pieces of wood between the wood frame ceiling to fit the fan box ( housing ).

Specialty item for commercial use
Not the standard homeowner plug'n play ceiling fan..Oversized and requires electrician to install.

No mounting hardware
I should have read the reviews better because there's no way to mount it to your rafters.It is made to screw into the ceiling drywall, something I would not recommend.There was no way to attach it between rafters like most fans.

Very basic and simple
Not too bad for the price, it’s made of a plastic housing, comes with an instructional booklet that wasn’t the most helpful when installing, but was definitely of some use. It did not come with hardware to install it. But I think this is a nice little fan for the price and like how it has a basic look to it. Everything about it is basic.

Misleading
Biggest issue- you can clearly see the butterfly valve in the images. This prevents air from blowing in while not operating or cold/warm air leaking from your home. Well, it doesn't come with it and it is 100% necessary. Bogus.

clears the smoke out nicely
i got this fan to suck the smoke out of my prep room in my grow area. my room is sealed so i needed a good way to exhaust it while i smoke. this fan does a great job for me as expected! it has plenty of power and its nice and quiet to.

Moves a ton of air
Not the quietest out there, but it does move a lot of air... Not for someone who has no handy skills
