I recently order pull-out wicker basket,. It came fast. I loved this basket, unfortunately it was to wide and didn't fit to my cabinet. I asked for refund and got answer very fast from the company. In 2 days they tried to find another one; however, still didn't fit so they refunded money immediately. I WISH THAT EVERY COMPANY WORK THIS SAME WAY!!! WONERFUL COMPANY AND GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
