It was easy to install. Stick a few times when locking and unlocking. Other than that it works great.

Pretty easy to install. I watched the video on the product here on Amazon. Looks as pictured. Good condition and quality. The strike plates are square, not rounded. Wasn't much problem, had to chisel one out so strike plate lined up with door. Takes 4 AA batteries. Worked well and easy to program code. Nice to not need a key to get in. It does have a set of keys if needed. I would order again. Price was better than in Lowes or Home Depot.

I love that's so easy to use

The wiring on one unit was reversed so lock was unlock vice versa. When I contacted customer service they wouldn't just ship me the top part for a return. I had to return the entire unit which doesn't work for me because I had the deadbolt rekeyed. So no remedy for me. Now the unit doesn't work at all and doesn't unlock or lock. It hasn't even been a year. I bought 3 of these units the other 2 work just fine. But the lack of customer service I give them overall 3/5 just because the other 2 units did work.

Looks great. Easy to assemble. Works like it's supposed to. This door lock set is attached to the door of our backyard tiny house. The door we bought already had pre-drilled holes, so everything fit perfectly. Would purchase again and would recommend. Was way more affordable than comparable sets at Home Depot and Lowes.

It’s great not to have to carry a key! It can be programmed with multiple codes. Changing the batteries are easy and doesn’t need to be reprogrammed. However, there is no low battery warning. The lock makes a slower unlocking noise when the batteries are about dead. If it had a low battery warning light or signal, this product would be 5 stars!!

Unit replaced a similar model by MiLocks. Works well so far although installation is a bit finicky, once you get it going it will work reliably. My only complaint is that this model is plastic (housing around keypad) while my previous model MiLocks was metal. That said the unit works and the internal components seem to be the same. Lastly the knob only turns one way which is strange but that might have been an installation issue on my part.

I purchased this lock mostly because of the price. Installation was a little tricky as the instructions weren't exactly clear. Once I got it installed I loved it. I figured I had found a gem. Yesterday my daughter comes in and tells me the lock no longer works. My first thought was "change the batteries" but when she said I just put new batteries in and it's still not working. The purpose of getting the keypad lock was so my grandkids could get in after school without a key. Now I have to get additional keys made or buy another keypad lock which is extremely inconvenient. I am immensely unhappy with this product. I only gave it two stars because when it worked I loved it. Spend the extra money and get a kwikset keypad lock.

OK product mine arrived a day earlier than expected. I found the handle to be a little mediocre and the set screws what went to hold the handle Set a little deep and when I tried to screw them back out they stuck a bit like they went down further seeded than supposed to, also the handle and hardware just seemed a little cheap,That’s why a only given it three stars for value other than that it’s not a horrible product.

The product is excellent for the price. All the instruction manuals are included. comes with a doorknob of the same color.

easy to install... Worked for 2 months and now it will only open with a key, I do not recommend.
