Do these have a glossy shine to them?

The ones we ordered did have the glossy look

Are sizes true to size

Yes, I ordered a 7 and wear a 7 in all other shoes

do these boots provide enough arch support for walking?

No they do not. I had to return mine because not only were they very uncomfortable but it was hard to get my feet into them. I do not recommend these boots.

Size up!

These have been on my wishlist for awhile. Light tread on the bottom keeps you from slipping. I ordered 1 size larger that what I normally wear.Super cute!
