I initially bought this product to improve egg quality as a 40 yo female TTC based on research proving NMN to reverse age related infertility (poor egg quality) in mice. Having had taken this for one week I have slept through the night three times! That may sound minimal to you, but waking up every 2-3 hours every single night for YEARS brought on hopelessness, depression, fatigue, brain fog, lowered cognitive ability, irritable mood and much more. I also have iron deficiency with low ferritin that affects sleep quality. I use oral ferrous sulfate with PatchAid SimplyHeme. Since adding NMN I am sleeping ALL NIGHT!! I feel like I have been blessed with a miracle. I take 2 250 mg caps first thing in the morning with water on an empty stomach at least one hour before food. I will continue using this product for improved sleep quality and hope my egg quality improves along the way. Thanks for reading this review. It’s the first I’ve posted bc NMN is changing my life! I am 74 and taking one in the morning with water has certainly seemed to pick up my energy quite a bit. I read that it had that effect on older mice they gave it to in their water but there are no human studies yet.

While the ad says there are 120 capsules - the dose is listed as 1000 mg but the ad fails to mention that the capsules are only 250mg - therefore you need to take 4 a day for the dose of 1000 mg - so essentially you are paying $99 for a 30-day supply. This was disappointing for the price.

After researching a few studies that tested twenty of the top NMN supplement brands, I was surprised to see that most of them contain anywhere from 10% of the advertised amount of actual Nicotinimide-mononucleotide to literally none at all.. Out of twenty, only five contained near the actual advertised amount or more, and to nobody's surprise, those were the five most expensive brands.. Out of those five, this one was the most affordable and still holds within 95 percent of the advertised amount, which is what I based my purchase on..I've been taking the cheaper brands NMN supps for the past year and hadn't noticed much.. Now I know that's because I wasn't taking any NMN at all, but after taking this one for just one week, I've noticed a subtle difference in my mood and energy levels. I'm not very susceptible to placebo effects and it's very rare for me to notice any effects from most supplements and chemical compounds, including some pretty powerful ones. So for me to notice anything at all from this is a pretty good indication that this product is legitimate.I highly recommend this one. It's absolutely one of the best value NMN supplements and unlike most other affordable NMN brands, you can trust you're actually getting real NMN here.. Thumbs up!

This nmn gave me a headache every time I took it. I tried taking a half dose and then splitting the pill and taking as little as a quarter dose. It still gave me headaches.Since then I have tried a different brand of nmn powder which has not been causing headaches so I concluded it was something about this brand.I gave 3 stars because i did feel more energetic when I took this but it was not worth the headache. For somebody not as prone to headaches it might work.

I have been using this NMN for awhile and have noticed increased energy level. I prefer the capsules over the powder for ease of travel

This does not work.no actual lab address when you look up company.i took up to 1 gram per day for 4 weeks and nothing happened no change what so ever
