Whether you’re looking for a private place to escape in your backyard, the ultimate kids playhouse, or the perfect cabin to drop onto that property by the river, or on a hunting property the hexagonal KOTA Grill House & Cabin Kit has to be one of the most exciting ways to go. Made of hand selected solid Scandinavian Pine, each piece and section is manufactured and fitted by hand to assure a smooth assembly process. Aside from the structure itself and the center grill, there are several unique accessories that make the KOTA intriguing. It now seats up to ten adults, who can comfortably sit on the five benches surrounding the grill system. The benches are designed for normal seating, as well as deep seating by raising and locking the outer most hinged section. In that position, the benches can also be used to accommodate three ing adults. The central grill system is a top-of-the-line product from Polar Metalli, in Finland, with a specially designed vent hood that can be set your preferred height. The large hood’s cylindrical/conical shape creates a strong upward draft capturing the smoke from the grill, leaving the cabin virtually smoke free. The grill itself can use coal, briquettes or wood as a heat source. It comes with an enameled grilling grate, and a smaller raised secondary grate for keeping things warm. Standard details include a split Dutch door with fully locking mechanism, three double paned windows, all are top hinged and can be opened for desired ventilation. The grill comes with a table all the way around as well as a shelf all away around the hood. There is storage space above the door as well as under the benches. The floor is also solid pine (pressure treated) and the walls, roof and flooring are thick enough to act as a relatively good insulator. The roof shingles are 80% pre-asembled. Add your own power and you can hang a TV, and/or add air conditioning or additional heater.
