Absolutely the Best decision to purchase this coverage for my Eurmax Commercial Pop Up Canopy Tent in 2022. Term was for 5 Years and Very Affordable. Just madeA claim yesterday for damage to the canopy.Very Easy process,Fast Decision & compensation all in one day! Love the service and I Highly Recommend them for All retail purchases. 5 Stars

I had taken out a 5 year warranty plan on an outdoor hammock. 4 years later there were some issues with some parts on the hammock. I contacted Square Trade about the issue and things were resolved quickly and easily. The representatives were nice people to talk with and were very helpful.

The gazebo cover I bought from Amazon tore, but the replacement process was excellent. I am very pleased with the service quality. One improvement would be to include the company's contact information more prominently on the Amazon invoice. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

My case was approved fast then i keep getting emails to call, i called upload receipts( for a second time) and they said everything was ok now, i kept getting the emails about the same question all over and over again.Also they are claiming that the warranty doesn't cover the cost of the product, but they is the warranty that Amazon offered to me the day of the purchase!

The app was frustrating blur when I called the customer service line (which I had to look up - it was nowhere to be found on the app) Alejandro finished my claim in just a few minutes!
