The cups are very substantial. Good weight and finish. I should have read the description more closely because they are larger than expected. Ideally for me I would have preferred them smaller but for the tea and instant coffee lovers these will be great. In fact your tea or coffee would probably be cold by the time you finish. Would also be great for having soup. Can't really complain, they are bigger and better than expected

I wanted big resistant colourful mugs and these are exactly it ;) They arrived safely packed. The mug is made of thick ceramic. All mugs exteriors are Matte Black, while the interiors are Glossy solid colours. As a designer myself, I ♥ that contrast. Only thing to improve would be replacing the Black-interior mug for a Magenta or Purple-red interior. Otherwise, perfect!

I loved these mugs and they weren’t cheap. Was making a coffee and milk already in cup poured in the boiled water and the mug cracked from top to bottom spilling the water all over the counter onto the floor. I have thrown the others out incase this happens again and someone gets burned. Found no option to contact the seller.

Great set of cups. The mugs were packaged extremely well with each one individually cocooned in its own bubble wrap, foam wrap and cardboard. The mugs were well protected and my mugs all arrived in perfect condition. I bought them for my daughter. She uses them with family and friends. The large size of mugs for everything: tea, coffee, milk, etc. Different colors inside for everyone according to mood. She really enjoyed this gift.

Found them too big but that's a preference

Mugs are excellent and a good size if you like a decent amount of tea/coffee every time you fill up. Internal colours add to the look when they’re hanging from the tree
