It equipped with English and can be switched to other languge by sending us the SN number to authorise. We are one of Autel authorized online distributors, if you bought Autel items online, you would directly got ALL the supports from we sellers online, and indirectly from Autel headquater. Please kindly be noted that now there is a TWO-year free update (worth 580 EUR) for the tool IM508, starting from the registration date. After two year update expires, the original software on the tool can still be used in the future. If you want to fix bugs in the newer software or keep the tool covering newer functions or car models, you can buy a subscription for it anytime you need afterwards. Good bit of kit

Good all rounder for the auto electrician/locksmith. Good fault finding tool, diagnostics, good updates with fantastic vehicle coverage but looses a star as for some reason unable to log into dodge servers to diagnose faults on dodge ram 2500 as no log in option provided. Had to use my cheaper diag kit to do this.

Ok item a bit over priced.

I have bought many Autel items in the past. This one is ok but over priced you do get 2 years of updates but I do find it had to give a good review due to price, this should be no more then about £950.00

Better the devil you know!

Having trouble connecting to the Internet, will more than likely be returning it as can't do what its meant to do! I can do more things on my cheaper gadget.
