Easy to use pump at a reasonable price. I could nt imagine my breastfeeding journey without this pump to be honest. I have tried other brand pumps like babyhug and mee mee but the flange size didnt fit me. The most helpful thing with this pump is flange size for me. My main unit stopped working after 2 months, however, service team helped me to get a new main unit at free of cost as the product comes with one year warrantyThings to improve1. Pls mention flange size in your product description2. Main unit is little heavy. So it falls off if you dont hold it well.

Product is good and customer support service is commendable. They sent replacement immidietly when i complaint regarding the issue.

The pump was not working at all. Asked for replacement or refund. There are lot of steps to follow to contact Amazon customer service. When try to contact on the date they are given there is no option for that.

The product was amazing & very useful for breastfeeding mother ..If I am talking about my experience it was fantastic and one day my motor of breast pump machine was not working so I raised a request or contact to costumer care they instantly responded and I got the solution and team who is handling my concern they are very helpful & patience thanku..

it is a great product at a very reasonable cost.I am exclusively pump feeding my child since birth. I have been using the pump continuously for 5 months and am very happy with its performance. Very very good alternative to manual pumps (very tiring, painful and time consuming) and the other expensive electric pumps. I pump arnd 5-6 times a day and need to charge the battery only once just like the phone. There are different levels and speeds for pumping so it is easy to adjust the speed and becomes less painful.The packaging was great. Came with a pouch to carry the pump and its parts. The only wear and tear in the pump is the rubber Suction valves and diaphragm which become loose over time (its common in all breast pumps). This pump has come with a spare suction valve set which makes it easier to replace them once they become loose. The only way to extend the life of these suction valves is to not wash or boil / sterilize them in hot water as it makes the rubber loose. Only the plastic body of the pump should be washed / sterilized with hot water.I was quite unsure of this pump before buying but it has been performing very well. It has made life a lot easier for me. Overall I am very happy with the product and would hope that this review is helpful for other nursing mothers too. :)
