These things are amazing! My husband streams on Twitch, so we bought these to help with echo from our bare walls. When we first got them they needed to puff up a bit from being shipped vacuumed-sealed, so we kept them in the garage. We puffed them up for about a week or two, mostly out of laziness, but they smelled like cigarette smoke because that's where my husband smokes when it's cold out. We decided to wash them (hot water regular cycle and high heat drying) and they came out perfect! No smoke smell, no weird shaping, nothing! When it came to putting them on the wall, the tape it comes with is useless. Absolutely useless. We bought cardboard poster board, cut it to the shape we wanted, gorilla hot glued the foam onto the cardboard, then used those velcro-like Command strips on the back of the cardboard to stick them to the wall. We stuck one on the wall in front of and behind him for the echo. They've been up for almost a year now and no problems at all! The foam pieces have stuck to the cardboard nicely, and the cardboard hasn't moved a bit from the Command strips. They've also helped significantly with echo while he's streaming!

It changes the acoustic, but the noise cancellation ability is a little weak for drums. It is thinner than you think. Packaged very tight and material collapsed due to vacuum. Seller suggested to soak them in the water and let it dry to find its volume. But it is sponge. If you soak them, I don’t know how to dry them quick. Also sticker they sent is 3M brand. It is good but once you stick it, stays on the wall if you wanna change their location. So calculate well before applying.

I love the design of the sound panels. They add a great sound proof feel to your echoey room. I will say they were a lot thinner than I expected. The worst thing is that the foam panels smell terrible once you get them out of the packaging. I advise rinsing them out with water before putting them in your room. The adhesive that you get with the panels are like cheap stickers. They couldn’t even hold a conversation let alone the panels to some dry wall. Buy some command strips and call it a day. All in all great sound panels but crappy adhesive.

Not as big and thick as we thought. So they don't cancel much noise out and we probally need two more packs. Also they have a really bad odor when you first open them. I suggest letting them sit outside or in the basement for the 24 hours they need to expand. Overall not a bad buy. Son likes them. He just needs more.

I was very scared to order these because of the reviews saying they do not inflate properly and people being upset that they arrived vacuum sealed. I didn't take them to heart because I also saw positive reviews! I took the leap of faith and ordered them because I didn't want to cheap out on 1 inch foam and I'm so happy I did I think the negative reviews are the product of USER ERROR! To get these to take their foam you MUST soak them (even if its for a little while) and ring them out! As I was soaking and ringing them out they quickly began expanding! let it be known they do ,when wet, have a faint unpleasant fishy odor but after drying the odor is completely gone. I was going to let them air dry but I opted to put them on LOW HEAT in my dryer machine for 40 mins! After I took them out I placed them puzzled into each other into a tower (as shown in photo) and viola! Perfect foam pads! if you're having trouble with some of the foam being "deformed" you can EASILY massage them out and they will be perfect! These might be the best budget option for acoustic foam! I bought these tiles to create a new audio booth in my home. I was happy with the price, and understood that the foam would need time to decompress after being vacuum sealed and shipped. When my first shipment of 36 arrived, I was somewhat surprised that after 48 hours some of the panels did not fully decompress, and were less than an inch thick in some areas. I figured I'd install them and see what would happen. In the meantime, I had to order 24 more panels (I underestimated) and allowed them to decompress for another 48 hours. Sadly, this batch was even worse. Overall I'd say 1/4 of the panels are still either painfully thin or were cut so one side is 2" and the other 1" or less. I can't but assume this is a matter of poor manufacturing and quality control. I'm very disappointed with my purchase, and would not buy these again.

Los compramos para eliminar los ruidos en los cuartos con pocos muebles debido a que vivimos en un departamento y escuchamos a los vecinos de abajo y arriba hablar. Pros: Ayuda en ruidos de adentro hacia afuera. Hay menos eco. Ayuda poco en los ruidos externos. Menos frio en invierno. Toma en cuenta que: Va ayudar a mantener el calor en los cuartos, en verano es dificil mantenernos en un cuarto con espumas en la pared. Algunas espumas no recuperan su forma original, 2 de 40 espumas se quedaron chicas y no se expandieron como debian. Usar una secadora de cabello puede quemar la espuma en vez de secarla. Entre mas espumas, mejor anulación del ruido. Dependiendo del material que uses para pegarlas, puede arrancar pintura o caerse con el tiempo. Ocupas limpiar constantemente las espumas porque se llenan de polvo. Mi mano y una taza regular de referencia.

While it dose not come with adhesive, it doesn’t take much to make it work . I built a sound booth in my living room and bought 1 box of 20 to try out . Definitely did the job , now that I have decided to expand my booth . I looked through my past orders and Re ordered them again . Good value and definitely work . My only issue is the smell , it is a little strong . However a little Febreze and being out in open air . It goes away after a while . I will definitely buy again .

Gutes Produkt für den Preis, stinkt nicht, macht was es soll. Klebepunkte werden sogar mitgeliefert. Genauso dick wie angegeben.

Es bastante buena para reducir el eco y el ruido de mis pájaros, pero desgraciadamente no está a prueba de mordiscos de agapornis, así que tras un año con ella me la tienen destrozada, por lo menos no es tóxica para ellos.

Pannelli che arrivano in un imballo grande quanto un pallone da calcio, apri il pacco e ti viene da piangere per come sono ridotti i pannelli, ma... una notte sul balcone e tornano PERFETTI, perdono l'odore e tornano alla loro forma originale! Consigliati! Anche perchè sono belli da vedere anche se non sono perfettamente neri ma grigio scuro.
