Do VertuoLine capsules fit in this, or is this only compatible with OriginalLine capsules?

NO! I have VertuoLine capsules and they absolutely do not fit in this drawer.

I have been told that K cups do NOT fit in it.

Will the citiz with milk fit on top?

If you have the Citiz & Milk with integrated base it measures 9.3"w x 14.6"d and this pod storage base measures 9.1" X 14.9". so the base of your machine is .2" wider than the Amazon storage base.

will it hold the Lattissima Pro Machine?

It is pretty strong and lots of room to put other items besides the pods. Really nice product!
