These are an EXCELLENT tool for kids to know how to barrel up a ball and also learn how to build bat speed as well. Love these. Only bought 3 initially to test them out. They're durable and extremely useful for youth baseball players, looking forward to buying 3 more for next year so this way I'll be able to throw 6 at a time. ( usually only do 12 throws per player anyway before games ).

Been using this with my 7 year old as this is his 1st year in coach pitch.. This has made him a lot better hitter.. He now keeps his eyes on the ball and makes good contact. It seems to have also improved his swing.

For those who don't know...there isn't a better product on the market for batting training. TCBs are fantastic at providing feedback on the quality of the contact by shape and distance it takes after contact. If you have a mishit the ball will spin, flatten out, and drop to the ground...If you hit it squarely it will drive straight and stay round with very little spin. TCBs also forces you to finish your swing because it won't go anywhere if you stop at the point of contact. To really drive the ball you will need to provide backside power...arm swings will not give good results.TCBs reinforce good mechanics while helping to develop power!These balls are safe to use with composite bats. They don't fly really far so they are good for use in smaller spaces. They don't break like whiffles. They won't get blown around like foam balls. You can toss the ball or use them for tee work.This is my second round of balls...the last set lasted me 4 years of constant use by kids age 10-14 and are extremely durable. I actually have a couple left from my original set of 6, one ball had a plug the broke out after 3 years of use and the other two were lost.I have already put this set to use and expect these to last another 4 years!

We use these in every practice and pregame.We soft toss them to the batters, and they learn to drive the bat through the zone.Great for Catcher’s drills too. Teach the kids to frame the pitches.Soft and durable. I have some that are in third season of use.

Normally, I would rate these things lower because its way too expensive but as I tried the balls it helps younger batters to improve their swing. I coach little leagues and with all the power bats coming out, kids just want to blast the ball. Yes, the new bats does add more power to young hitters but it destroys their swings.If you can't afford regular trainer or batting cage, you might want to invest in these. Now, I'm not sure how long these will last, I see different reviews so I'm not a reviewer for that. What I can tell you that if you know what you are doing you can improve your child's swing. It disciplines them to hit the ball properly instead of trying to launch every freakin' ball like every kid wants to do with those new power bats.Only thing is that if it was cheaper I would buy more balls, unfortunately I don't go to batting cage so it's not like I have money to buy more balls. I can tell you my son rarely strikes out and has good contact almost every time.

A little pricey, but these are tough practice balls. My son is in youth baseball. He has a near perfect swing but was lacking power. After about 5 practice sessions, these have helped him learn to drive a regular baseball better. The TC ball does not fly far, so it is great for batting practice in a tight spot. I watched a few videos to research this product and saw another little league coach using them to warm up his batters before a game. (Every kid on that team could hit!) Warning: some review videos of this product show the coach positioned really, really close to the youth hitter since the ball is not likely to be hit very far. Keep in mind, however, the kid can always accidentally let go of the bat!

We carry these around in our ball bag all the time. The hold up well, and my husband has hit them pretty hard. Great quality.

These balls are the best for wanting to practice your hitting. You hit them as if you werehitting a regular baseball, but the ball only goes a few feet. Would highly recommendthese for baseball players
