Remember to get the back of your teeth, too It also stimulates your gums to improve their health. The process is comfortable and simple once you get the hang of it.

I'm loving mine, I do however use interdental brushes first, then my electric toothbrush, then the water flosser & finally mouthwash, my dentist has said my teeth & mouth have never been so clean. Not tried all the attachments yet but will get round to that soon. Make sure you use over a sink as can be messy with quite a bit of water & I do use tepid water as I have sensitivity. It also has different power settings, personally not been above the 2nd but is a lovely feeling using it. Hope this helps you decide.
