Good value.
I bought this because I wanted to ease the muscle pain in my back/neck/shoulders linked to arthritis and felt that some kind of light massage I could control myself might help. It is surprisingly helpful as long as I avoid my joints and can make a difference after a day at work. It isn't too noisy, but it is quite heavy, so if you do have a condition that makes holding things difficult then this might be more awkward to use, especially if you are looking at easing back or should pain. Good value for money and definitely has a positive effect.

Very heavy to hold, but as it states its not to be used for longer than 3 mins at a time. Its a comfortable massage on no 1 and very powerful on no 2 !
