Amish Wedding Salsa, 32 ounce Glass Jar, Medium Heat

This is really an unusual name for Salsa. Yes, but get over it.I have re-ordered this Salsa three times now. The flavor is great, with lots of chunky veggies and the heat is just right. The single thing that keeps me coming back is that somehow this brand of Salsa is not waterlogged and runny like almost every other Salsa out there. Imagine dipping into a Salsa, and not having so much water that it drips down your shirt. I'm not saying that this salsa will not get on your shirt, but the chances of it dripping are reduced because the water content seems to be less than normal. I also feel I am getting more for my money by not paying for excessive water.

I'm from Ohio, but I spent quite a lot of time in Arizona and have had lots of salsas in my life, but stumbling upon this particular version is a real joy!It's not too sweet; it's not too hot - it's chunky and really well balanced.I seriously recommend you give it a try

Heavy on the clove or cinnamon or what ever spice they used. It is like my aunt Gloria's salsa from the 60'sLove it

Lower salt content than most but robust flavor

I was surprised at how sweet this was. Some may like that but it was too sweet for my taste.
