Q: Does the belt clip allow the knife to sit horizontally as well as vertically? Did not understand answer of 7/4/20

No. It is impossible to move the belt clip because the backings for the screw sets are not an Alan-head. Therefore when you turn the screw head the backing just spins and there’s no way to keep it still while turning the screw.

Q: Can you buy just the holster?

I’m assuming so if you contact Kabar CS but there are infinite custom kydex sheaths on the market for this knife.

Q: Does this come in serrated as well?

Not the investigator to my knowledge, other TDI Models though, yes.
