Sleep Factory's Grey Suede Chesterfield Divan Bed Set & Memory Foam Mattress 3FT Single 4FT6 Double 5FT King (5.0FT (King), 4 Drawers)

this bed was not made for mass production, it did not have any instructions on how to assemble the bed. the holes and screws were not made for this job and the holes were not in the right places. I ended up buying sets of screws myself to use and set up. one of the drawers was broken when it was arrived. I don't advise anyone to buy this product, it is not worth the money and you can get better products with same price.

Absolutely shocking! Most of the fixings were missing, one of the feet were broken so I’ve had to buy new ones, only one fixing plate was sent so again I’ve had to pay for one just so we could keep the two divan sections together! The bolts for the headboard were missing, meaning yet again I’ve had to buy some, the 4 drawer option is not as the diagram states, it is 4 full width drawers meaning I will need to move our bedside cabinets to use the top drawers or not be able to open them, the diagram on the description shows to bottom full drawers and two top narrow ones! Tried to contact the company but had no joy at all, I have reviewed the company on google and it seems that most people have had the same sorts of issues! I’m so upset and frustrated as the Amazon reviews were promising. I will continue to try to contact the sleep factory company, but it doesn’t look like I will have much success! Please do not buy this bed if any bed from this company! The quality is terrible! I really wish I had just spent the extra money on a bed from a better company!

Absolutely awful, DO NOT BUY THIS BED, what a heap of rubbish, arriving to time is the only good thing about it. Headboard snapped, not luxurious in any way, cheap material, cheap and nasty plastic feet ( not chrome like stated ), even though the plastic packaging was intact, the divan base was wet and marked with a little tear on one of them, definitely not built to last, not enough screws or feet,had to buy my own. No answer when phoning, they'll probably put it all down to covid. Shameful. Best start saving for a new bed because this one will fall apart in no time.

The feet of the bed broke very easily, the draws are a bit small but over all it’s a beautiful comfortable bed that’s big enough for when my son is starfishing my bed 🙄

Bed base is two different colours and the mattress isn’t memory foam is a cheap spring one. The driver who delivered this was all over the place and seeing as I’ve only just moved in my house and unpacked it all I’ve only noticed the at one base is black dipril and the other brown and white.Not worth the money at all and I do feel I have been given sub standard kit. Also no fixings to connect it together were supplied

The wrong headboard was delivered. However this was not a problem because one phone call and everything was rectified to a high standard. I couldn't fault the Sleep factory and their customer services. I had read the poor reviews and my experience was nothing like that. I have nothing but good things to say about the company from the minute I ordered the bed through to delivery. The bed was actually delivered earlier than the agreed delivery date, which was perfect for me.

The bed is comfortable and the mattress is nice and deep and made well, the finish is beautiful, I got the charcoal finish but it's a good job the headboard is against the wall as the parts are weak and the drawers are not strong enough to put anything over 1/2 drawer deep as they would come off the casters, the drawers have had to be fixed by my fiance as they are so weak and badly made that basically, you can't keep much of anything in them as they keep dropping but apart from that overall I do like the bed it's just you do get what you pay for, the company had good communication but I wouldn't recommend this bed if you want to use the drawers!

I gave this one star because the delivery was on time. The bed would get zero stars.-This is not a memory foam mattress it is a spring mattress.the bed material was poorly stapled meaning we had to go round and re-staple it.the chrome corners on the drawers were poorly stapled meaning you could catch your fingers on them.the feet were poor quality plastic not chrome.the headboard could only be fixed to the bed with one screw either side meaning its very flimsy,even though four screws were supplied.the wood to fix the headboard to the bed was splintered so you could cut your fingers on it.plastic packaging was stapled to the headboard so easy to damage when removing.please do not waste your money on this.
