I put these in between my big toe and second toe. The silicone is very soft and easily stretched to go around my big toe and allow for easy placement. Once there, I forget about them all day long. I usually walk 12-20K steps a day, so that's saying something. They stay put and do their thing. Check 'em out.

These are a lifesaver! When I wear them they offer enough bunion correction and so, less pain. I can wear with some sandals and most shoes.They are easy to clean. Seems to be good quality.
