Great phone, great pictures
This phone is exactly what I was after. I've gone from using an S7, I just wanted a fast phone with a great camera and thats what it is. The pictures come out so good, mostly used on my dogs and I already have some great photos of them. Its also a good size, slightly bigger than the S7 but not too big! I got it in light blue, I was worried I'd get sick of the colour but its actually a really nice touch. Money well spent.

Decent Upgrade
I upgraded from a three year old S9. S9 was a decent phone, good camera and great screen. Battery had begun to fail - lasting only 6 or 7 hours between charges on busy days. The screen got cracked early on as well, despite being wrapped in a good case, as the curved nature of it meant that a sideways drop was not going to end well. Have had Apple and HTC in the past, I am not particularly brand loyal. The S20 offers upgrades on the S9 in the following;- screen size. It goes from 5.8 to 6.2, while not changing the chassis size at all really. Bezels are gone, and it's all screen. It's great to have the pocketability of the S9 but more screen. I felt that the S20+ and the S20 FE were just too big - not in the hand, but in the pocket. Not important to many, but for me the marginal size difference (measured in mm after all) means better portability and I don't care about having a taller screen.- camera. The camera on the S9 is pretty good, but there is a decent upgrade on the S20. I shoot with DSLR when it matters, so I am not expecting much from a phone, but the camera produces nice images.- UI. The 120hz is just ok at first, but then you get used to it and it merges with the UI for a very smooth and fast experience.- less curve. The case offers much better protection. Not much change;- screen quality. Top notch, and the main reason I went for this model.- Expandable storage. This is handy, as 4k video takes up a lot of room, as do high-res pics and high-res music.- battery. It lasts a day and half (which, from memory, is what the S9 lasted, when new). This is fine, I am happy enough to charge it once a day to keep battery anxiety at bay.Downgrades- no headphone jack. This is disappointing - I have a nice set of cans which I now need an (admittedly cheap, but nonetheless annoying) adapter for. Or I go bluetooth, which is just too much tech (and too many radio waves directly into my brain) for me.- price!!! What the junk Samsung? The price when new was ridiculous. I bought at half the launch price - it is OK value at this price, but still has a lot of company - Oneplus and Google, and Samsung's own FE, not to mention Apple stuff. I reckon if you are spending half a grand on a phone, if you are not getting a masterpiece of miniature computer engineering, then forget it. I probably would have been happy with any of the handsets at that price point to be fair, but screen and expandable storage are what swung it for me.Ultimately;- This phone gives expandable storage, a great screen, great camera, nice UI, OK battery, very good size and not too many disadvantages. Price is well below launch now, so it offers decent value. Happy enough.

Small phone, brilliant product
One of the best Android phones I have used. This phone is a a good as the S20 plus but a lot cheaper. The camera is great and the screen is crisp and clear. The ability to change the refresh rate is another nice touch from Samsung. Personally I would get this phone over the S20 plus anytime.

Good phone, great camera
Love the phone having changed over from an iPhone. Fingerprint reader doesn't always seem to work which is annoying but otherwise it's great. Good battery life and feels good in the hand.

Not as described in any way
This was meant to be a UK 4G version of the Samsung Galaxy S20 phone, but received 5G version. I was initially willing to accept mistake. Then found that the NFC function didn't work on phone. So contacted Samsung to find out how to resolve the issue. When I gave them the model number and IEMI number, was told that phone is an Australian model, hence why NFC function won't work in UK. Also the tip of one end of supplied cable came off when taking it out of supplied plug. So all in all a bad experience and a waste of money. Have opted to return item now.

Great camera!
Great phone, battery runs down a little quickly, but charges super fast! I'm told it improves with time.
