1 x Square Black Waterproof Junction Box with 3 x Black 20mm IP68 Cable Glands NOTE REGARDING THE KNOCKOUTS The Knockouts on this box are Combination Knockouts, meaning you can either use the glands supplied or pierce the membrane for cable entry. Instructions for using the gland * Unscrew the Locknut and the Dome from the Body of The Gland (Keep the Seal on the Body) * Screw the Body into the Knockout Thread (Seal Side towards the Box) * Use a 24mm Spanner, A Wrench, Pliers or Long Socket Set to Fully Tighten the Gland into the Knockout (Tools Not Supplied) * When Tightened The Gland will Cut Out the Membrane Covering The Hole Perfectly * Screw the Dome Back onto the Body * Do Not try to Reattach the Locknut To the Gland Inside the box It does not fit inside the box and it does not need to be reattached the Gland is held tightly in place by the Thread Having the locknut inside would only use up valuable space – This is standard practice * Only after the Gland has been installed should you put the cable through * When Cable is Through then tighten the dome – the seal inside the gland will tighten around the cable * The Box is IP66 Rated - Dust Tight and Safe for Use in Heavy Rain * 3 x IP68 20mm Cable Compression Glands for 6-12mm Cable * Box Dimensions (External): (L)91 x (W)91 x (D)47mm * 2 x 20mm Combination Knockouts on all 4 Sides * Captive quarter turn plastic screws secure lid to base * Each box comes with a 5 Way 15A 10mm2 Max. cable size Connector Block * Each box Supplied with an External Bracket which Snaps onto the back of the box the bracket to the surface then snap the box onto the bracket * Plastic Construction - Srong and Sturdy Box
