There are different types of loop pedals. This reorders effects in an effects loop.
Nice price! It is not for resampling sound for playback to play over. Bad review are a result of this.

It says looper I hooked it up it don’t do tho thing turns out it is a bypass pedal

This is not a looper pedal.
This is only a bypass pedal and not a looper. It doesn’t record or play loops back to you. I’m not sure why it’s called looper because that’s misleading.
